SeenCulture‘s vision is to create a world where everyone feels seen - because “talent is evenly distributed, opportunity is not.” - so it's our mission to shine a light on untapped potential. 

We help business leaders stabilise and optimise their existing workforce, to alleviate employee turnover in lieu of recruiting new talent.

Our data driven decision intelligence platform enables people leaders to make faster, smarter and fairer talent decisions for promotions, performance/pay reviews, and team design. 

We demonstrate how promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) isn’t just the right thing to do, it drives performance.

We combine data science with behaviour science to deliver a scalable SaaS solution that empowers ‘democratised decision making’ to recognise overlooked and underestimated talent. 

We have a diverse team of organisational psychologists, data scientists, and technologists.
But our conviction is stemmed our own lived experience of being underestimated due to bias.

So we're set out to make systemic change, turning our hardship into our greatest strength, to shine a light on untapped potential and create a world where everyone feels seen.

Our Founder

Nikki Tugano is the founder and CEO of SeenCulture.

 

By combining her industry expertise in People & Culture, and her research in Positive Psychology, with her lived intersectionality experience, she’s passionate about shining a light on untapped potential to help people, teams, and organisations perform at their best.

She has a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPPCP), degrees in Commerce and Science and guest lectures at the University of Melbourne, RMIT, and UNSW.

 

She has also been recognised as Most Influential CEO in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion 2023 in the CEO monthly magazine; a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year by Commbank’s Young Hero Awards 2023, a finalist for Startup of the Year 2023 by the Customer Show and has also been featured in SmartCompany, Business News Australia, the Startup Daily, and Overnight Success.
